This family home is just 200 meters from all amenities: a well-stocked mini-market, butcher and deli, bakery and pastry shop, hair salon, several restaurants, a post office with ATM, a large free parking lot 500 meters from the house with electric car charging, and a second blue-zone parking area. The house is calm and has its own private free parking for one vehicle right at the door. Ideally located in the "Golden Triangle," it sits at the center of the five iconic castles of the Périgord Noir and near remarkable sites like Sarlat (10 minutes away), Rocamadour, Padirac Cave, the Lascaux caves, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, all about an hour away.
